Join Michelle Baldino & Nikki Rowinski for the first annual retreat to Treasure Beach, Jamaica! Escape the cold weather, busy schedules and daily grind to reset and refresh among laidback beaches at the funky and fabulous hotel that is Jake’s! Enjoy some sun, sand, great food and drinks, and twice daily yoga and meditation practices geared toward all levels.
Jake’s offers ocean and garden front rooms, all with their own outdoor space and private entrance. No two rooms are alike but all are filled with color, character and charm!
Upon arrival, you get to set the tone for your stay. Wake early for a beach walk, guided meditation and energizing yoga practice or sleep in! Wake at your own time and enjoy some coffee or breakfast taking in the incredible views of the Caribbean. This is a chance to give yourself what you really need. No matter what you hope to get out of this retreat, we are here to support you.
Two daily yoga practices will be offered, in the morning and late afternoon. A welcoming yoga and meditation practice on the day of your arrival will help you settle both physically and mentally. An optional excursion includes a boat ride to the Pelican Bar, a rustic hangout where you can enjoy Jamaican music, drinks and culture.
Getting There
Treasure Beach is a two-hour drive from Montego Bay Airport and is known for it’s six miles of coral colored beaches, rocky shores and lush waterfalls. It’s located on Jamaica’s southern coast and along the drive to Jake’s you will see how Treasure Beach received its name. It is filled with a treasure chest of coves and bays where the Caribbean meets its sandy and sometimes rocky beaches. Jake’s Hotel is a two-hour drive from Montego Bay Airport. Transportation to be provided.

Garden View Rooms ~ $1750 DOUBLE, $2200 SINGLE
These charming, alluring and decidedly unusual rooms were the first built at Jakes and began the craze for its funky beach style. Garden View rooms are the most affordable rooms on property while close to the center of the action and brimming with unique charms. Each has its own private outdoor space. Our Garden View rooms include Conch and Coral.
Ocean View Rooms ~ $1900 DOUBLE, $2500 SINGLE
Colorful, sensual and with a Moroccan-style vibe, these seaside rooms pack tons of charm—and a stunning ocean view—into a cozy space. Each has unique design details and its own private outdoor deck. Some rooms have an outdoor shower.
Cottages - 2 bedroom, sleeps 4 people $1500 DOUBLE, $1750 SINGLE (must have 2 guests)
Whether your cottage is on property at Jakes, or nearby, each has its own distinct sense of style. All cottages have two or three bedrooms, a full kitchen and an outdoor shower. Most cottages are right on the ocean, with a choice of spots to read, sleep, sunbathe, drink and swim—plus, multiple spots overlooking the water, for dining and hanging-out. Plus, we can stock your fridge with Jamaican treats (Red Stripe!). Quite honestly, “cottage” is a bit of an understatement.
